Giving Tuesday isn't just about making a donation; it's also about celebrating an impact.

On #GivingTuesday, join us in celebrating the incredible impact our community makes through the power of giving year-round. In the fast-paced world of health care, minutes and seconds matter—and so do the donations made to our hospital. The continued generosity of our donors ensures that Marian Regional Medical Center can provide the highest quality care at a moment's notice.

In the name of humankindness, join us on this special day by making a donation that reflects your commitment to expanding health care services and access throughout the Santa Maria Valley and the Central Coast.

Solomon Hills Check Presentation with Marian Staff
Solomon Hills Supports Marian's OB/GYN Residency Program with $10,000 Donation

We are deeply grateful to our friends at Solomon Hills for their generous support of Marian Regional Medical Center! To honor our local healthcare providers - particularly those in OB/GYN services - Solomon Hills has made a significant donation of $10,000 to Marian's OB/GYN Residency Program Clinic.

Solomon Hills is an ambitious proposal for a new community in north Santa Barbara County, near Orcutt. The plan envisions distinctive neighborhoods that celebrate the north county’s unique heritage, centered around a vibrant village that will offer everything needed for daily life. Featuring a remarkable trail system and network, the community would include 4,000 attainable homes to meet the growing needs and population of the Santa Maria Valley.

Marian Staff Posing with the Grinch
Laughter is the Best Medicine!

Mission Hope Cancer Center staff members recently set out to bring smiles
(and treats) to patients in the hospital’s pediatric unit. Dressed as the Grinch (Cynthia Maldonado, RN) and Cindy-Lou Who (Brianda Lemus, LCSW), they delivered candy and Beanie Babies to children spending the holiday away from family and friends.

“We do a similar activity for the Teddy Bear Foundation, so we decided to give it a try in Marian’s Pediatric Unit. The children love it, and the Grinch is always a huge hit! We have so many costumes, and we plan to make this an annual tradition,” said Cynthia Maldonado, Cancer Outreach Supervisor at Mission Hope Cancer Center.
